Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided that it is as new and in the same condition you received it with all tags still attached. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage will not be incurred by Munro & Co. unless the item is faulty.

For any faults firstly please contact us with details of the fault or damage and Munro & Co. team will be in touch to reach a resolution. Return shipping for any faulty items will be arranged by Munro & Co. Items that are received broken or faulty will either be replaced or refunded.
