Shipping
We offer flat rates for all New Zealand orders as follows:
$10 Nationwide Standard Shipping.
$12 Nationwide Rural Shipping.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.
We process and ship all orders as fast as we can. Typically, your order will be packed and ready to ship within 2hrs of ordering if it is before midday on weekdays, if you order after 6 pm we will package and ship your order the next day on weekdays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped with a tracking number you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48hrs for the tracking status information to become available.
Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel if required. We advise delivering to an address where the parcel can be signed for. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address where your package can be signed for to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.
You can expect your order to arrive within five working days of being shipped and a little longer for Rural Deliveries. Please note that these time frames are subject to change due to busy periods.
At this stage, we do not currently offer international shipping.
All sale items are a final sale and are strictly non-returnable.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided that it is as new and in the same condition you received it with all tags still attached. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return postage will not be incurred by Munro & Co. unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive your item, we will contact you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
