The Mandolin slicer from Eva Solo's Green Tools range is a stylish vegetable sledge with three chambers for even the smallest vegetables that are difficult to cut. 

You can slice fruit and vegetables quickly and easily into thin, uniform slices. From the smallest nutmeg to large Portobello mushrooms. The mandolin comes with a dual holder with three compartments. The three different compartments ensure that you can slice vegetables down to the smallest end-stump and so reduce food waste.

Safe and controlled cutting work - with rubber pads and solid, ergonomic handle.

Adjusting screw on the back with several settings for disc thickness.
